New info added 9/28/23

Today we met with the seniors about ordering. This is the direct link for them to order. All students must order the cap, gown, diploma, diploma cover, and tassel in order to participate in graduation. If they choose to just get a diploma and not walk, they will need to contact Balfour and pay for the diploma only. The diplomas are printed and sent from Balfour and so they must pay to get it. That is not an option online, they will need to call 1-334-821-0613.

• Balfour Meeting will be in the HS library on September 29 @10:00 to distribute info on ordering cap, gown, diploma, and diploma cover. *Very Important

• College Application Day at WHS will be October 17 in the HS library--the students may apply all week for free--more info to come on that
• October 27 we will go on a tour to Wallace--more info on that later

August 9- Mr. Alsobrook will be here at 10:15 in the HS library to collect any outstanding class ring balances. Money can be taken to Mrs. Gilmore and she can give it to him and get your receipt if you cannot come at 10:15. 

August 15- Senior Meeting in the HS library at 10:45

August 15- Junior Class Ring Ceremony @ 1:30

August 22- Letterman Jacket Info Meeting @1:00 in the HS Library. If you cannot attend the meeting, see Mrs. Gilmore afterwards for information. 

September 5- Letterman Jacket Ordering @1:30 in the HS Library. Must have a deposit with you to order. 

September 29- Graduation supply info meeting…ALL SENIORS need to attend. 10:30 in the HS Library. If for any reason you cannot attend, see Mrs. Gilmore after the meeting. 

October 4- Senior ordering for graduation supplies…all seniors must order their cap, gown, diploma, and diploma cover. 1:30 in the HS Library 

Picture Dates

Fall Pictures- All students and faculty are required to have a picture updated. This is for Powerschool and the yearbook. 

August 29- Elementary

August 30- High School  

August 31- Deadline for seniors to choose the formal photo to use in the yearbook and other senior events. 

September 8- Fall Make-up pictures and Senior formal make-ups 

*All coaches will schedule sports pictures with Amanda Bond
